This is an HSK chengyu
《魏书》(Wèi Shū), a work by 魏收 (Wèi Shōu) of the Qí Dynasty (齐, 550 - 557) during the Northern and Southern Dynasties period (南北朝时期 | Nán Běi Cháo Shí Qī | 420 - 589)
In the Northern Wei of the Northern Dynasties (北魏 | běi wèi | 386 - 534), there was a prime minister named 李冲 (Lǐ Chong). 李冲 was an extremely capable minister, and the emperor, 孝文帝 (Xiào Wén Dì), trusted and relied upon him heavily. Every time that the emperor engaged in a military campaign, 李冲 would ensure that the affairs of state were in order. When 李冲 passed away on a campaign that the emperor was leading, the emperor was distraught. "With 李冲 gone," he said, "who will take care of the court when I go away?" The chengyu 后顾之忧 comes directly the emperor's statement.
